How wonderful and immensely flattering to discover that one of your floral heroines is indeed interested in your very own floral adventures. There it was, blinking brightly in the inbox of the Higgledy Twitter account this morning…New Follower…’Sarah Raven’…and the scrumptious little darling sent us a message to wish us good luck this year saying she would be stopping by to check on us chaps over the summer….(Read: Fwoarh!!!!! Those Higgledy Garden boys are right tasty!)
Thank you Sarah…fantastic to have you as a reader of these Higgledy pages….may you have a wonderful year of growing as I hope all of us do….its going to be GREAT!!!!!!!!! BRING ON THE SPRING!!!!!
Happy days
Benji

How exciting……..well done! I am still battling with the whole website issues so know that “tweeting” will always be beyond me”x

yeah…I’m trying my hand at tweeting but I’m not sure of its worth to us really…I just send 2 or three a week…some folk send thousands!!! I rather spend my evenings writing pieces for the site….it helps collect my thoughts… ;)

Thanks for all the tips on shady plots, will definitely try them. Have been out digging said plot in the rain today-the bit near the tree is dry! Now I have a favour to ask-can you send me the code for 15% off at Sarah Raven as hubby has offered to place a substantial order(actually its for an upmarket wheelbarrow, not to be confused with the ordinary mucky compost shoveller we normally use) for my forthcoming birthday. My catalogue had come open in the post , hence no covering letter with this great offer. It would make a big difference to us so hope you can oblige-creep, creep!

Aw, that’s brilliant, Ben – you star! And, Sarah, if you happen to read this blog and by chance click on my link, could you please concentrate on the bit where I say how you couldn’t have been nicer or rather than the bit where I say your place wasn’t as idyllic as it looks in the pictures. Thanks. J x
