Painted Sage is a charming beastie that I love having knocking about in my cutting patch or loitering in a container on the roof of the boat. I find she likes to be sown fairly late in warm soil, and I tend to sow fairly thickly. The delightful tricolour flowers last from late June until September.
If you are of a mind, why not try drying some. I dried some with cornflowers….for which I awarded myself extra points. :)
