Calendula ‘Indian Prince’. My Granny said this was the best calendula she ever grew….and Granny Higgledy was fond of a calendula or two. Not only is it one of the brightest and most cheerful of the garden flowers but it is also edible.
The underside of the flower is a chestnut red…if chestnut red is a colour….either way it is very handsome. I grow some on the boat every year.
100 seeds in a packet.
Hardy annual. Sow late March/April/May and August/September.
