Sweet Pea ‘Swan Lake’ is a wonderfully elegant variety with large, beautifully ruffled pure white flowers held on long, strong stems. It has a classic cottage-garden feel and makes a superb cut flower, especially when mixed with softer pinks, blues and mauves.
The plants are vigorous climbers and will happily scramble up a trellis, wigwam or garden fence, producing armfuls of flowers through the summer if you keep picking them.
Sow in autumn for strong early plants, or from late winter into spring for flowers later in the season.
